History

The CROWN HOTEL was established in the 1880s and was originally a two-storey building known as the Crown Inn.

Today the CROWN HOTEL is still a Surry Hills favourite, with the Hotel having completed a major two-year multi-million dollar renovation in 2005. This has seen the opening of two new bars, PLAYERS and DOME, as well as a new outdoor café and the development of BOUTIQUE ACCOMMODATION on Level Two.
